CREAM HONPO, Inc. operates a sweets specialty store, CREAM HONPO.
The company originally used Excel and paper for payroll calculation, but as the number of stores increased, so did the number of employees, and the man-hours involved became too much. Therefore, they asked TECO Design Inc. to assist them in implementing a cloud system, and decided to implement “freee Personnel and Labor Relations.
After implementing the cloud system, the company was able to significantly reduce the amount of time spent on payroll calculation, creation and distribution of pay slips. In addition, the company has been able to reduce paper, printing, and mailing costs because it is now able to view payroll statements anytime, anywhere, as long as there is an Internet connection.
